About us
I PAS Pakistan was founded by Atiq ur Rehman in Islamabad to work for the welfare of people in need and against poverty.
Who we are
I PAS Pakistan is a non-profit organisation based in Sector F-8, Islamabad. We exist to help people in need meet their basic needs and to open real routes out of poverty.
We believe poverty is not a fixed condition. With the right support at the right time, a household can move from crisis to stability, and from stability to self-reliance.
An independent organisation
I PAS Pakistan is an independent Pakistani non-profit organisation. It is not affiliated with Ipas, the international reproductive health organisation.
Our mission
To fight poverty in Pakistan by standing with individuals and families in need: meeting essential needs today, and opening pathways to dignified work and self-reliance for tomorrow.
Our vision
A Pakistan free from poverty, where every household can meet its needs through its own work, with dignity.
Our values
Respect
Every person we meet is treated with courtesy. Their privacy is protected and their hardship is never used for publicity.
Fairness
Help is based on need alone, without regard to background, belief or connections.
Transparency
We keep careful records, answer questions openly and report only what has actually happened.
Self-reliance
Our aim is not dependence on us, but families who can stand on their own.
Organisation details
We publish our details so that anyone can verify who we are. Registration documents are available on request.
